Join us on the farm for an intimate five-course dinner celebrating culinary lavender, farm-fresh produce, and wild-foraged treats from the San Juan Basin.
Arrive at 6:30 PM as the evening light settles over the fields and enjoy a signature lavender farm mocktail (included with your seat). At 7:00, we gather at the table for five courses built around the best of the season, with lavender woven through the evening from the bread course to dessert.
Kourtney Morgan is a self-taught chef with deep roots in California cuisine. She describes her food as "fresh, healthy comfort food" and is dedicated to sourcing the finest local, organic produce and ingredients from the Four Corners region. Kourtney will introduce each dish as it's served, sharing the story of the farms and foraged ingredients behind your meal.

BYOB: You're welcome to bring your own beverage. The menu pairs beautifully with white wine, rosé, sparkling wine, or a lighter beer.
Dietary needs: The meal is mostly gluten free and can be made 100% GF. Please note your preference when you reserve and we will happily accommodate.
